- If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund. You must provide proof of a picture and notify us within 3 days of receiving the item.
- Timing: we have a 14-day Exchange or Store Credit Policy, from the day item was fulfilled, (or dropped off for Elmvale and Barrie Pick Ups Only)
- Any items on sale, used with a discount code or PREORDER items are Final Sale
- To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, clothing must unused, with tags and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- For returns, please email email@example.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
- Once approved Returns can be sent to (please do not send returns until they are approved):
- Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
- Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
- When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the exchange or store credit.
- Items MUST have tags on, and cannot come back without any odour (fabric softener , perfume, etc)
- If the return is approved, then it will be processed and a credit in the form of a 16 digit code will be sent to the customer's email.
